Essilor is proud to announce that Nikon Seewide and Nikon Seemax lenses will now be manufactured locally at the Essilor Technology Centre (ETC) in Auckland.

The complex aspheric surfaces of the Nikon See Series require the most advanced calculation which is performed by Nikon in Japan, combined with the latest surfacing technologies which are only available from the ETC in New Zealand. Essilor’s ongoing investments in the ETC are essential in order to provide these high-tech lenses on a local level. By manufacturing locally, Essilor can offer more active and responsive service, quicker turnaround times, and a higher level of support to the practice.
